Will Package
Our Will packages offer a suite of essential estate planning documents including:
- Last Will and Testament
- Healthcare Power of Attorney ("living will")
- Financial Power of Attorney
- HIPAA Release
- Personal Property Memorandum
This package begins with electronic questionnaires to gather the necessary information. After documents are drafted, you will have opportunity to review documents to ensure they accurately reflect your wishes.
After the review, we’ll arrange an in-person session to finalize and execute the documents.
One revision per document within 30 days of execution. This package is designed to cover all foundational aspects of estate planning for non-complex circumstance, giving you peace of mind that your affairs are in order.
*A Testamentary Trust add-on is for parents of minor children and allows parents to plan for the care of the children if both parents are unable to care for them.
The first step to booking any customized planning service is to book a Legacy Planning Meeting. In this meeting we will discuss your options and fees. You will be given the option to pay your fee at the Legacy Planning Meeting. Fees are due prior to beginning service.
